My 21 year-old son and I just took delivery of his very first 'major purchase', a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Cadillac ATS. We have been SO pleased and impressed, from our very FIRST encounter with Tony Naylor at Al Serra Auto Plaza, until all the dots were signed tonight. The car is BEAUTIFUL, practically PERFECT in every way, and was sold at a more than reasonable price...far less than the market could bear. Tony is a true professional...personable, polite, funny, and knows his business inside and out. I, personally, have worked in the automotive dealership world (GM) for the past 25 years, albeit in a neighboring county. I would put Tony and the Al Serra group against any that I have ever worked for or with. A 100% first class experience, from start to finish. I would recommend they, and Tony in particular, for a wonderful place to do business. A++
