I have owned many BMWs, why do I keep coming back?? Costumer service! My experience today was second to none, Mr. Arnold Dumont attended all my needs and then some. He was very patience and happy to help me get what I wanted. He did not pushed a car on me, he actually took his time to make sure my needs were met and that I was satisfied with my purchase. We problay drove six different cars untill we find the one that fitted my taste and budged. If you getting a BMW product from Sterling BMW you need to ask for this young man. Thanks you sir! BMW needs more Clients Advisors like yourself.
