My experience with ANICO has been nothing pleasant...

My experience with ANICO has been nothing pleasant. The numerous excuses that I have received regarding my the money on my 20-year old policy is luacris. ANICO has sent me in circles since June 2016 with excuse after excuse as why my required paperwork regarding my money is a problem for them. I find it sad that upon each denied request from me, NOT once was I contacted by anyone from the company to inform that my paperwork was unacceptable. After each phone call with a customer service rep, I had them walk me through the process of ensuring the forms are filled out completely. I am now on my SIXTH request of the same form only to be told that I signed the paper work with my initials. What kind of crap is that????? Really???? Who are you to tell people HOW TO WRITE IN CURSIVE???? ANICO is very shady and conniving continuing to withhold pertinent info needed to access the money on my 20-year policy. I have read other reviews that indicate clients having the exact same problems. It seems as though this company would like for clients to become frustrated and give up or cancel the policy. ANICO is already gaining a ton of money on this policy which is of no good to me and family anyway. The least you could do is treat clients with respect and train your customer service reps to assist clients.
