Patrick and Truman were truly amazing! I was just about to give up when my boyfriend convinced me to go to the Toyota in Carlsbad after a long stressful day car shopping. Every dealership before this one, was an absolute headache and waste of time. You could truly tell the difference between the ones we had visited earlier that day to our last stop at Toyota Carlsbad. Patrick really turned my whole shopping experience around. He was very informative and you could tell he was there to help me find a car perfect and not just focused on making a sell. He took the time to ask all the right questions and went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile on my face. He kept saying he wished he was able to have given me the world and I have to say he did! I'm more than happy with my experience at the Toyota Carlsbad dealership and I'm beyond happy to have been able to have been taken care of by Patrick. Truman was also a very big help and made the long enduring fianace experience quick and easy. These two men are remarkable. You can tell they love what they do! Thank you for making getting my first car a great experience! I can not thank you both enough! You two are awesome!
