Shameful, with each monthly invoice I receive "lat...

Shameful, with each monthly invoice I receive "late fees" when they do not send me any notice and when I ask for details they make me go crazy.
From 187.64 euros per month I went to 202.64 why? Nobody knows, it will remain a mystery forever, to flee IMMEDIATELY.
