High turn over rate. Went in for them to fix two recalls. They left my door panel loose had to go back in for them to fix that, and it's not how it was before I went in. Also discovered they took off two panel covers in the cargo area and didn't correctly attach those. I called the service department to tell the guy Greg what had happened. I just really felt like he just blew off the situation...Talked to sales guy Michael Davis and his fiance manager about trading our current vehicle in for something brand new. They stated they would give us a call on Monday to see what they could do. Never got a call, Micheal sent a text saying " Let him know if there is anything else he can do for us". My answer to that question is, if you're going to be customer service, be customer service. If you don't like your job then quit. Every customer deserves EXCELLENT SERVICE. Not Monobuttockular service.
