My dad was in there for 2 and 1/2 weeks and although he declined while he was in there, I ll put that aside since he is sick.
The communication from everyone there is terrible. Kathy Collins, the discharge manager has done nothing to ensure my dad is being discharged in a safe manor. They are just passing the buck to home health.
My dads oncologist, the social worker and nurse case worker from anthem told me they ve never experienced someone so unprofessional and with such a poor discharge plan, and they deal with this all day.
People can debate the level of care and medical cases are all different, but as a family member of someone in there, it s been an awful, stressful experience and I do not recommend them.
