My experience at Herb Chambers Lexus was quite rewarding.
Originally, I brought my 2004 Lexus to be serviced because of intermittent starting. I had never previously brought it in for service. We were KINDLY received by your service department
and ultimately introduced to Johnny Saghbini, General
Sales Manager. After discussing a car that we had just seen
on your lot, John introduced us to a young, aspiring salesman by the name of Mark Mills,
. Informative, knowledgeable and RESPECTFUL, Mark reviewed with my wife and I the details of an immaculately
clean 2014 RX 350. We ended the evening purchasing the
vehicle.
We very much appreciate the Professionalism and
No Pressure Sales exhibited by these employees ,
indicative of a First Class Business
