We had an old iMAC from 2009 which wasn't operating properly. I'm glad the first company I contacted was Steve, Sam and the team at Creative IT. They came three times to the office in 24 hours to assess the computer, make a correct diagnosis and delivered great customer service. This was the most satisfied I have been with a technology fix.
