I would post negative five stars if possible. My business is 19 years old and I have shopped at ACity for years. I never leave bad reviews because I think if you have a bad experience you should try to resolve it in person, which I have done. With that being said... We were expecting a delivery of a 3 door cooler and it was over 2 hours late before they arrived. ACity Discount delivery damaged it before it was off their truck. The delivery drivers are employees of ACity. I said numerous times that I was here to help and if there were any questions or if they needed a hand to please let me know. After the cooler was damaged the drivers tried to act like the vent was not cracked and broken where it attaches to the cooler so I called the office. They said they would replace the damaged part so we continued with the delivery. Once they got it in our building they damaged our floor and the cooler compressor. They were using a pallet jack to move the cooler and it ripped the compressor off the frame. I refused delivery at that point and returned the item. I told them upfront I expected a full refund because their employees damaged the cooler during delivery. They charged me a "restocking fee" of $1452.64 because I returned the cooler even though their employees damaged it multiple times during delivery. The cooler never got off the pallet jack and they insist that I'm responsible for their drivers damaging the cooler? They said that because the cooler was on my property it was not their responsibility for anything that happens inside our business and the owner felt that because they purchased it and attempted a delivery that they did their part.
