Only stayed for one night but when we pulled up in the evening to check into our room there was a note on the office door saying we had to drive to another location down the street to get our room key and then drive back. It would have been courteous if they would have let us know this before hand so we did not have to drive back and forth and waste time checking in. We also had to drive to the other location to check out as well, which was not very convenient.

Besides the above the whole place was pretty run down and not kept up at all. There was a dirty work bench to the side of our room with a bunch of junk and tools on it. Inside our room was dirty and dusty. The pictures made it look charming but it is definitely not kept up that way. There is a lot of work that needed to be done to our room and the exteriors for it to look and function properly. Another annoying thing, there were about a weeks worth of newspapers thrown on the lawn and front walk way that were never picked up.

Upon checking out we were asked how are stay was and I replied "not the greatest." The man never asked why or said anything else. Will definitely be passing on this place if we ever come back to Calistoga.
