I have an ongoing issue with this dealership. I gave a 1 star 2 months ago in which Kim (the general manager) replied to and stated to email her which was done and now here we are 2 months later and still waiting for a response to my email. Brought my car from this dealership in May of 2019 and starting October of 2019 there has been a rattling sound coming from inside the car and it is now July of 2020 and they have found no solution to this problem. Used to deal with Mario who is the previous service manager who couldn't keep his words and now there is a new service manager name Wayne who is no better. He told me to bring my car last Monday and he would put me in a loaner and get my car fixed and I called him last Monday morning to let him know I wouldn't be able to make it and that I would bring it in today and he acted like he didn't even know I was bringing my car that Monday. I am glad I didn't go because I doubt he had a loaner for me. I called this morning to make sure they had a loaner for me and knew I was bringing the car in today and come to find out Wayne was out of the office so I spoke to a service advisor and they stated that there was no appointment in the system and they don't have any loaners so basically I would have made a blank trip. I called and spoke to Kim the general manager whose attitude didn't seem fit for a general manager but the response I got seemed like she could care less about this situation and in trying to help me. I wish I had never brought my car from this dealership because I have had the worst customer service.
