I will never book through auto europa again!! My son arrived at Olbia airport this morning to be faced with a queue at their car hire desk of at least 100 people & only one person manning the desk. Unbelievable! He estimated the wait would be at least 5 hours!! Totally unacceptable! We decided to take decision to book another car with Avis & try to get a refund, even if he can t it was worth it. I can t believe a company who say they ve been operating for over 30 years can have this very unacceptable level of customer service. Shame on you auto europa!
