Review of W Minneapolis - The Foshay

HORRIBLE!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!
We arrived in Minneapolis on January 1, 2018 and checked into W Minneapolis The Foshay. I upgraded our room to a suite, upon walking into the room, I was so disgusted with the room. There were stains on the carpet, on the bed, the headboard. The furniture was old, and worn out and in desperate need of change. I called the front desk and requested to be moved to another suite. One of the front desk employees came up and took us to another floor and another suite. The hallways, smelled, and the suite was worse than the first one. Upon walking in, he even noted of the condition of the suite. He took us to another suite, which was dirtier than previous ones. At that point, we were done with hotel, and asked for a refund, and was on the phone looking for a different hotel.
I had booked the hotel, based on the fact, that it was noted as remodeled on Expedia. I have never seen a hotel, as dirty and disgusting as W Minneapolis The Foshay.
