This service was just time for one of their mechanics / technicians to help diagnose some 'check engine' light issues that I've been dealing with. Even though in the end I received bad news, the service rep was up front and very timely with the information. Laid out my options and didn't try to upsell me on any additional service options. Rather just gave me the straight facts and let me to do my decision making on my next move.
