I had my Violin serviced here in early 2016, the staff was friendly and showed great customer service. Various repairs were made to my Violin, they sealed a few open seams, planed the fingerboard, shaped and fit a new bridge, polished the top, and reset the neck. My instrument is now the playable piece of art that it should be, thank you K.C Strings!
