When I got there they helped really quickly and I told customer service my issues. I was feeling pretty good, they took care of everything I asked them. I even order some new mats for my car. I later received a call stating that I had not paid for the new mats. I then asked what I had paid for since the bill was well above what I thought it was going to cost me for an oil change and check up. It turned out I paid for service that I do know that I received, but this was not even explained to me as what the cost was going to be.... up front. This is the second time I've had service here and both times I was not told up front about what work was going to be performed and the amount. I paid way more that what it should have been and I could have had someone else take care of this for me and not charge me a dime! You would think if they are going to do more to your car, they would pull you aside and tell you what they would like to do and the cost it will incur. I will be getting rid of my toytoa and will not be coming back. Very unsatisfied! Plus I was told by the manager when I made the appointment that I had a refund from my last service and when I asked about this, no one knew anything and they were too busy to check on it for me.
