I made an appointment multiple weeks in advance to set up bew service when I moved. Two days before my move they called to confirm my appointment. An hour after my scheduled window I called customer service and asked where they were. They looked up my ticket and found they had failed to pass it to a local provider. They also incidentially turned it off in my old unit (12 hours before I moved) and didn t tell me. When I inquired when they were going to come they could not promise me when, nor could they even gaurntee my previous service would be turned back on. I have spent more than an hour on hold at various times. I have been trying to contact a supervisor who of course, never called me back (1 hr after my initial phone call). This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. If my building had spectrum I would use them! This is a 0 star orginization who cannot manage their own affairs then when their mistakes happen they are unable to correct them! DO NOT USE HAWAIIAN TELCOM!!!!
