This was more a scam experience than anything else...

This was more a scam experience than anything else. Everything you thought you got a great deal, you pay for them at the end, of course. The salesman said, "I will throw in all these warranties for you!" Days later he admitted, "You buy these warranties when you buy a new car." "You have 90 days till your first payment!" Later I realized, I paid for the interest, more days, more interest, it's not free. If they changed the trade in value for you? Don't get too excited. Look at the "vehicle sale price", they raised it up a little more than the sticker price.

First, the salesman was extremely lacking of knowledge and training. He did not know much(or anything) about the car he sold me. He didn't know my needs, and he decided to sell me a cheaper version of the car to me. The so called "great deal" was just a sales pitch, read it yourself, you pay for them, nothing is free as he claimed. He did not advise what GPS app to get when I left, until I asked. The car didn't even come with GPS as I expected!
The financial department was a mess too. They only gave you electronic document to take home. You will NEVER know what's in there until you left. She made many mistakes on the numbers. She also squeezed in a $1200 tint service and spread it into the monthly payment! She did not tell me the total of that service, and refused to remove it when I first requested. She said it's not a removable item, shocking! I would never want a $1200 tint service if I knew the price, needless to say I did not want it to begin with.
I read lots of bad reviews about the company Omni Financial they use. I also read about lots of bad reviews about their service department. I am afraid this is going to be a bumpy ride.....Not very honest people to work with.

Today, 8/13, I opened the gas tank for the first time. It's filthy, greasy, and the cap was old, there was also yellow stain on the metal part. I've never seen a brandnew car with an old fuel tank that is so filthy!! Check yours first! Probably open the hood too! Can't trust these people!
