I had placed a catering order for chicken fingers....

I had placed a catering order for chicken fingers. Once we picked up the order and was ready to serve them, we noticed that we were given a half eaten pizza instead! I called to speak to the manager and not once did he apologize. He acted like he didn t care. I told him that I wanted reimbursed for my order! He credited me $20! $20 out of a $110 order! Are you serious. Not one apology. How would you guys feel if you opened food up in front of all your guests and opened a box with a half eaten pizza in it? This was so uncalled for and the level of service received and how they responded to the issue was not reasonable. I have contacted the corporate office and I wonder if they will find this acceptable for how this manager had responded to the situation and rectified it. I have always done my catering here and the level of service received for when there is an issue, is low!!! Never will I do business there again!
