I took my car in because of what I was told was a parasitic drain on the battery. Service manager Julie Pineras assisted me. Her handling of everything for me was a calming process because I didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle. It turned out the battery I had just purchased from a non Mercedes organization in April of 2016 was not adequate to handle to C300. They installed a brand new battery and did not charge me for the battery or the diagnostic testing they did. I am truly grateful to them for their honesty and quick timing in getting my car back on the road.
