*Update* I have changed my 1 star review to 3 because the staff at every location is extremely friendly and accommodating. These gyms are the cleanest and best maintained gyms I've been to and from what I understand, the trainers and group fitness classes are great. The price point is pretty fair, and I would still recommend this gym to others who are looking for a quality fitness establishment. Their hygiene plan in response to re-opening for covid seems sound and I can't wait to be back.

The Shawnessy location has been closed and it was not properly communicated to those members. Their update emails during the covid crisis, while well meaning, seemed to diminish the importance of this announcement. I contacted other members who frequented the Shawnessy location and they also didn't realize the location had closed. While I will probably still continue to go to the Douglas Glen location, this has definitely soured my opinion of Big Sky Fitness as a whole and I'm sure many former members of the Shawnessy location would agree.
