I brought in some earrings I was pretty sure were Moissanite to be tested and they told me they were diamonds. I finally got them appraised to confirm they were, indeed, moissanite. Clearly the staff here can t tell a diamond from moissanite (even with the professional grade jewelry testers they used) so I would not recommend Luisa Graff. *edit* I see Luisa Graff s response and I assure you I m not making this up. Why would I? I did get the earrings tested here and the staff member who completed the testing did not charge me. Might want to re-train your employees!
