The hotel rooms, lobby, and restaurant ambiences are very good, comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming. The staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful, the bellboy and security as well.
I was there for a wedding, got a suite and a connecting room. The regular bedroom is a bit small, cramped, but still comfortable enough (since its connecting with the suite, when the connecting doors are open it feels bigger). The bathroom was very clean, 5/5. The quality of the amenities are okay. Love the bathtub at the suite, very comfortable, spacious suite bathroom.
However, the guest toilet at the suite was a bit broken. Few of my guests complained, when they sit on the toilet suddenly the toilet s cushion slipped. Need to be replaced. The bathrobes are a bit dirty, wore one of them and was a uncomfortable, dusty.
Other disappointment was the manager of the restaurant (unfortunately forgot his name). He was unfriendly, unwelcoming to my parents. My dad ask where the drinks are and he pointed with an annoying face, without even saying anything. It was incredibly impolite in my opinion. My brother asked him again about the food and he explained as short as possible. Very disappointing attitude from a manager.
Also, when I checked out my room, I queued behind the other guest for quite some time, around 20-25mins, waiting for my turn. Suddenly there was another guy, older than me, came and go in front of me. The reception did nothing. I had to scold the man by myself. The reception should know and should tell the impolite guest to queue! Please brief the employees regarding these matters. If the man was VIP and in a rush, I d understand, but that was just rude.
