I made an appointment for minor service for my car...

I made an appointment for minor service for my car. The first appointment was 1 week out. I dropped the car off the evening before the appointment with 35850 miles on it and explained that I had a few issues that needed addressing prior to the warranty expiring. I waited for a status call the next day. It never came. I called them several times the following day and calls went to voicemail. I was not called back. I stopped by that evening and was told nothing had been done and that they would get someone on it right away and they would call me back later that evening. I was not called back. The next day I called and again got voicemail several times. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that it was not yet done and it would be done the next day. On the following day when I was told it would be done I called and was told that the rattle I heard was due to my bass being too loud therefore was not fixed. and that the warranty had expired on the car (time not miles) I therefore would be charged for troubleshooting and when I got the extended warranty on it this repair would not be covered because it is now a preexisting condition. When we got the car back one of the repairs that was charged on my receipt was exactly the same as when I dropped it off. When I complained about that the service writer got in in my face and called me a liar and I really thought he was going to hit me.

In summary I will find another location to get service done my 3 FCA vehicles. It took them 4 days to do 2 hrs of labor. Had they told me that there was no warranty left when I dropped it off none of this would have occurred. I never been so upset with a service visit.
