Spring A/C maintenance: Tech called an hour earlie...

Spring A/C maintenance: Tech called an hour earlier than time window, and called the wrong person. Luckily I was home [sick] so it was ok that he was early. Tech told me I was 2 lbs low of refrigerant but I had to ask many questions to find out what that cost, why it was low, how to stop the problem, etc. After many questions from me, I finally learned that I basically need a new A/C unit. I did not get offered a receipt at all and I had to write down what I could remember he told me (with a migraine) so I can move forward with getting new unit estimates. Tech also did not put things back where they were, which were in place for certain reasons. I have never had any problems with this company so I am very disappointed about yesterday's service.
