One of the worst experiences i have ever had at Lexus dealer. I have now purchased over 5 Lexus and have seen quite a few dealerships this one by far is the most disorganized dealership i have seen. I emailed them about a car online because they were the only one to have my color in stock. It took days to get a phone call back and then i actually had to beg someone to call me back. I left messages no return calls etc. I live in Naples so before i left we worked out numbers gave a deposit on the car to hold. I emailed my sales man when i left Naples which gave him 1 hour to get everything ready. I arrived at 8 and did not leave to almost 10. In that time i was never offered a drink or snack nothing. I asked to leave go get dinner and come back and they kept saying no wont be that long. I also just wanted the car in just my business name and when i get there he actually had me as the cosigner . I will not be using this dealership again.
If your saying paperwork takes time i used Scanlon Lexus in the past the salesman actually delivered the car i signed the paperwork at my office and he took my lease back. That is service but unfortunately they did not have mine in stock.
