Went to the emergency room earlier this week with a coworker. Waited an unusually long amount of time before we investigated with the front desk. Turns out they didnt even write his name down so we had been waiting an extra 20-30 minutes or so! In the ER! Glad he didnt need any serious emergency treatment immediately.
