Our AC suddenly stopped working one hot and humid summer evening. We called Vernon in the morning and Mike Prater arrived just a few hours after we called. Mike was outstanding--courteous, professional, and sharp! Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, and our AC was cooling our house again soon thereafter.
