My engine light came on a week ago and I took my car to the dealership (not in Abq) that I've gone to since I purchased the car. They wanted to charge me for diagnosing the engine but a family member who's a mechanic said to call and ask about extended warranties. I called to a Chevy dealership in Abq and received the same info. I then called to Galles and spoke with Leonard. He kindly asked for my VIN and mileage, said I had power train warranty and to bring in the car right away. I went to the dealership within the hour. Leonard was there waiting for me, checked in the car and the mechanics solved one problem but found another (which was not mentioned by the other dealership). They scheduled me to fix the other issue and gave me all of the details! I brought my car in the receive the second repair and it was done sooner than I expected! Everyone was super nice, very helpful, and deserves a gold star! And...they washed my car!!!!

On a different note, the new location is nice! The waiting room as WiFi, two big screen tv's, complimentary drinks, and is clean!
