We have been coming many times with family and friends in this restaurant and I could say not perfect, but everything was ok,
excluding some small issues that could be managed
But on Monday, 4 April I came with my husband on my birthday dinner in this restaurant wearing a delicate silk brand new (expensive) coat. An unexperienced waitress dropped poached eggs on it, all around the back, shoulder and sleeve area. The manager promised to solve the situation to our full satisfaction, as they have an own professional dry cleaning partner. After three days we had got the coat in a terrible condition of cemented stains of eggs all around it on a delicate soft silk, and smooth fabric texture turned into disastrous state . Moreover, they twisted collar area inside out and hardly ironed and pressed it in English type of collar that was not like that with this model!
On our complaining they said that they did everything with the right technology and procedure and will not take further responsibility anymore: dry cleaning does not take responsibility for ironing act, restaurant does not take responsibility for dry cleaning and hotel does not take responsibility for own restaurant. They proposed us to pick up the coat like it is now and told that they cannot help us anymore.
And what I have got: spoiled birthday evening, spoiled mood, spoiled further plans for wearing this coat on coming event, spoiled expensive thing that I cannot wear like this anymore , cannot recover and cannot buy new one as it sold out of stock...
I never expected from such a high rating hotel such an attitude to clients and I am so disappointed and upset that I would strongly recommend everyone to be careful and avoid this restaurant and hotel do not get in my terrible situation ...
