I am not sure why the rating for this institution is so low. I have never had a problem one with them. They are easy to contact, and very forgiving and professional. I think it may be the fact that some of these whiny kids might have to do a little work to make their payment go away or get reduced, could be hindering on their bong hit rituals lol...Anyway, just joking on the bong hit, it's not bad for you, but the booze is haha. IF you have ever had to deal with any other type of collection agency then you would know that this is at minimum, a 4 + star service. Thank you for helping me through the tough times. PEACE...
