I arrived at 7:45pm, and there wasn't a room ready...

I arrived at 7:45pm, and there wasn't a room ready for me, which wasn't appreciated after flying from London as it was almost 1am in my mind.

Other than that, the room was okay, but very small. The location was great and for only one night it was a good enough place to rest my head.
