Just picked up my new/used Lexus RX 350 and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson was Joe Sullivan a great guy, he was both professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the new Technology in the car that I wasn't used to. He and Joel DiLilo, the finance guru (who knew a finance guy could have such a great personality) got me the loan I needed to get into the car I wanted. I'm looking forward to my future experiences with Lexus in the years to come.
