We love El Corral! Can't beat a date night for under $12! I always get the $4 taco meat tostada and my husband loves to rotate different tacos. The queso is creamy and delicious and pairs excellent with their homemade tortillas! The salsa is always delicious but varies depending on who makes it, sometimes it is spicier than other times. It has a fresh taste, with cilantro and other spices in it and small chunks of tomatoes. Their chips are nice and thin. When I don't get the taco meat tostada, my other go-to is their chicken fajita chimichanga. It is huge and comes covered in queso!
