This was my first new car purchase, and first time...

This was my first new car purchase, and first time at a dealership in general. The night before I was nervous that I would be forced into a car I didn't want and have to deal with a pushy sales agent. This was not the case at Walser Nissan.

I had the pleasure of having Jacob W. helping me out with my first purchase. He listened to me, found out what I wanted, what I didn't need, what I had at the moment, and we went for a test drive. Everything about the car was explained to me and the test road was great for testing. I did not feel forced or uncomfortable at all, instead I felt comfortable and Jacob was being 100% honest with me.

I walked out with a great deal on a 2013 Sentra and I couldn't be happier, I love the car! I also love that this dealership has their own car wash and service center, with free coffee. They also detailed and filled the car up with gas before I drove home, a small perk but with gas nearing $4 / gallon, it helps.

I will definitely be recommending and returning to this dealership when I want a new car.
