NEGATIVE STARS

Was hit in a car accident by one of their insured, been waiting for 10 days. No one has contacted me back. My adjuster LOURDES VEGA ext 1326 does not answer calls or return voicemails.
If you call her shes never available.
I dont know what to do anymore. My car has not gotten fixed and by the looks of it I dont know when that will happen.

Terrible customer service. Please be aware and consider other options before choosing this company.
