I love everything about Konnect Pilates; the trainers are top-notch, the facility clean, easy to access and offers a wide variety of options, a great schedule with times and classes to meet anyone's needs. I highly recommend Konnect Pilates whenever I possible!!
After a recent shoulder surgery I was so confident returning to my regular classes to supplement physical therapy and return to my normal activity.
