Took it for service cost me around $800 dollars th...

Took it for service cost me around $800 dollars they gave me my car back without the mats (sports mats) when I let them know they told me to come back to the dealership they will order new ones, I went 3 times already nothing... they told me to call an ORLANDO who never answers the phone... now it s being 2 months and still no one can be hold accountable this is unacceptable for the amount they charge me and it was their mistake and I have to be after them for their mistake??? It s just worst service I have ever seen... never coming back don t waste your time or money honestly this is not what I expected for a Mercedes dealership
