The last few times I've come here have not been great. It got so bad that I had to call Honda corp to step in. I qent here again yesterday for a NC inspection. I made an appointment for 12:45 on 5-5-2019(sunday). I checked in around 12:30 and left close to 4pm!!!!! I took the shuttle to the mall and around 3:20 I call to be picked up by the shuttle. When I arrives I asked for the status and was told it had been ready. I was never called and I also textes to get an update amd no one replied. This place just gets worse and worse
