I had an appointment at this dealership at 10:30am...

I had an appointment at this dealership at 10:30am today and I understand Saturday's can be busy or things get off schedule. However, I took the shuttle to the mall and returned back at 12:15pm, my car still had not been serviced. So I waited until about 12:30 to ask my service advisor how much longer it would be. He states he would check on my car and let me know. He never returned or provided an update. I then waited until 1:30pm and still heard nothing. At this point I was completely frustrated after spending 3 hours waiting for a simple oil change and checking of my rear brake lights. I asked for my keys and headed to Jiffy Lube on 54 where they completed my oil change AND fixed my light in less than 20 minutes. I am completely frustrated and disappointed in my visit and would not return here for service. This was my first experience with this location and it was completely horrible especially in comparison to my other visits to Honda dealerships for service.
