Excellent trails and decent parking space. Went right before dark and still had ample time to explore. Highly recommended and I will be back again.

Good for exercise, hiking, and medium climbing. Probably not good idea to bring strollers or bikes. Took kids and they loved it. We were covered in light door from running so much :)
