Had a problem with the Hard Drive on my 27" iMac. Read the online reviews about this place which were great. The computer was diagnosed and had a new Hard Drive installed in a matter of days. Price was acceptable. In my experience this shop lived up to its reputation. Based on my experience I would gladly recommend Northern Protocol and I would use them again.
