One of the best companies I have ever dealt with - from sales to customer services to installers, everyone was wonderful. And more importantly, the product has exceeded my expectations.
I ordered a retractable awning for our detached garage so that we would have shade over our outside dining area. It looks so nice!!! What value we have added to our house and our outdoor living. Now our family and friends won't all congregate in the garage because they don't want to sit in the sun. It is absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend using Alpha for your awning needs, even though it may be on the pricier side. It's worth it!
