I had broken my foot/ankle prior to seeing "The Book of Mormon". I called to see if I could get a wheelchair, but I had no idea what service came with that request!! The porter at the front entrance wheeled me all the way down the Hall to the Opera House. He handed me to an usher who whizzed me to my seat. He came back at Intermission to offer to help me to the restroom, and was there at the end of the performance to take me directly to my car. My husband and I can't thank the Kennedy Center enough for all this help!
Oh, by the way, "The Book of Mormon" was FANTASTIC! It amazes me that something as crude(bad language/sexual innuedoes) as this production could also be sweet and heartwarming.
