Left me stranded in Leicester for over 5 hours and thought I would take comfort from a string of text messages telling me they needed to update my ETA. What a joke!

After numerous years with Green Flag, this is only the second time I called them for help, and clearly them contacting Richford Motor Services was no help at all.

Monthly payment policy now cancelled! Having no breakdown cover is better than having a Green Flag policy who seem to think it is acceptable to use a virtual recovery company that seems to have no trucks or drivers available!
