James was very professional. Upon arriving, he presented me with his business card and introduced himself. He entered my home with booties on his feet. The company is very considerate and mindful about not tracking dirt into the customer's home. After fixing the problem with my furnace, he tested it 5 times to make sure the problem was resolved. I was very happy with that. James was very courteous and respectful and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. The cost of servicing was reasonable as well. I am a first time customer with Jon Wayne Service Company and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.
