Great value resort! Staff is top notch, rooms are very comfortable and amenities are Disney-riffic! My only complaint is that the door was very hard to open, the only reason I give a 4 star instead of a 5 star. The door handle wouldn't turn. It was a cold night and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for help. The staff said that the doors handles some times act up when it's cold and I had to yank it down really hard to open it. We checked in at midnight and I felt bad for our neighbors because we were a little loud finally opening the door. But overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
