Absolute shambles, rude and arrogant call handlers...

Absolute shambles, rude and arrogant call handlers.
I applied and got approved and was told the funds had been released, Only thing is they never actually were!
I rang up to see what was happening as it was over 24hrs without any contact from mr lender and was told it is still with the under writers and to take no notice of the emails/texts etc saying I was approved.
Very concerning considering they asked for access to my bank account and then noting at all from them.

Something very fishy about this company
