I was initially scheduled by Logan the manager but worked with Ryan when I arrived. I was able to test drive a several different vehicles on my own and they let me take my time. They have a good selection of luxury used cars in their indoor warehouse. Everyone I talked to was very nice and it is true that they are a no pressure sales atmosphere. I enjoyed conversations with Ryan as he was very knowledgeable about cars and answered all my questions. I came there looking for a specific lexus and it was actually tough for me since there were so many choices. They are up front with what they can do as a small business and will work with you (without the pressure) to ear your business. In the end, I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted and felt good about my purchase. They even provided me with a fix-it form to work on some paint chips since this is a used car dealership. I didn't get a chance to test drive the car at higher speeds since the Blue Angels were in town but I noticed on the ride was noisy and steering wheel vibrated on the way home. I'll have to ask them about this. I like to support small businesses and this will be a place I recommend to friends and family. Will return again. Thanks Ryan and the Auto Quest team!
